Wihlborgs strengthens its stock in Lund
Wihlborgs has acquired the property Forskaren 3 for SEK 310 million from Skanska. The acquisition will take place in a company transaction. The property contains of two separate buildings with a total area of 11,000 m2 and is fully let to QlickTech until 2019. Wihlborgs will take possession of the property as of 1 December 2011.
”The office market in Lund is very interesting in the long run and this is an excellent opportunity to acquire a good real estate with a long leasehold”, says Anders Jarl CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB. “By this purchase we will add another efficient, modern office property with a stable cash flow to our stock.”
