Wihlborgs buys property in Helsingborg
Wihlborgs acquires the property Zirkonen 2 at Väla Södra for SEK 42.5 million. The acquisition will take place in company form. The property consists of a modern and efficient warehouse building totaling 4,600 m², which is fully let to NetOnNet until 2025.

”The property is situated at the northern entrance to Helsingborg next to E4 with an excellent exposure location and also complements our stock in our submarket Berga/Väla Södra”, concludes Anders Jarl.
Wihlborgs will take possession of the property on 30 December 2011.
