Wihlborgs makes Helsingborg acquisition

Wihlborgs is continuing to expand in Helsingborg and, via a company transaction, is acquiring the property Bunkagården Västra 8 from Tamar European Industrial Fund Limited, for SEK 46.4 million. The property is situated in the Ättekulla industrial area with excellent communication links.

The property includes an efficient warehouse building with a total area of around 10,400 m², of which 9,500 m² is warehouse and distribution space. The property is fully let in principle to Posten Logistik and Puma. The site area of around 32,700 m² means the property has plenty of development potential. Rail track originally ran into the property.

“This acquisition further strengthens Wihlborgs' property portfolio in Helsingborg," says Anders Jarl CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter. “It gives us even more flexibility to help our tenants grow their business further and we are gaining an efficient warehouse property with a stable cashflow and a yield of around 9 percent.”

Wihlborgs will take possession of the property in the beginning of April 2012.
