Wihlborgs hires out and starts new projects
Wihlborgs’ portfolio is expanding through a new construction project in Fosie, Malmö and an expansion in Helsingborg.
In Fosie, Wihlborgs constructs a new building of 1,300 m² at Trindyxan 3 on behalf of Kockums AB. The premises will be used for tests/analysis activities.
The investment amounts to SEK 26 million and the lease agreement runs for 10 years. Possession will take place at the turn of 2012/13.
At Väla Södra, Rubinen 1, a decision was previously taken to construct a building of 8,500 m² including warehouse, refrigeration and freezer space, as well as offices. The original investment was estimated to SEK 74 million. After the expansion the project will include a total area of 11,200 m² and the investment is revised to SEK 101 million. The entire property is leased to Bergaterminalen AB on a 7-year lease. They will move in to the premises at the turn of 2012/2013.
