Wihlborgs expands in Denmark
Through the acquisition of the property Lautrupvang 8, Wihlborgs continues to grow in Ballerup. The purchase price is DKK 97,5 million and the property will be taken into possession immediately. The vendor is Pfizer Aps.
This modern high standard office property was constructed in 1999 and extended in 2007. It was originally built for Pfizer but has recently been re-built to suit other tenants as well.
The building contains 8,500 m2 office premises and the site area is 18,800 m².
“We are very pleased to acquire the best office building in Ballerup. Currently the vacancy comprises 1,800 m2 offices, and we are looking forward to fill these with new tenants”, says Anders Jarl. ”Fully occupied we expect a net yield of 8 per cent.”
