Wihlborgs signs a rental agreement for 3 000 m² in Lund
The new bank, Sparbanken Skåne, signs a 10-year lease with Wihlborgs.
One year ago Wihlborgs acquired a development property in Lund, Landstinget 2. We knew that the tenant was to move out in April 2014, and estimated that the property with its location in central Lund, had a great development potential.
We have had discussions with the new bank, Sparbanken Skåne, concerning a rental for 3 000 m2, i.e. the entire property Landstinget 2 in Lund. A 10-years lease has now been signed with occupancy on 1 January 2015. The property will be renovated and made into a new, efficient office for Sparbanken Skåne.
