Wihlborgs signs rental agreement at Knutpunkten, Helsingborg
Tyréns was the first tenant to sign up for space in the new extension at Knutpunkten, Helsingborg. The company is leasing a storey measuring 1,420 m2 and anticipates taking up occupancy at year-end 2015. The total area of the extension is 8,000 m2.

“We are delighted and proud that Tyréns has chosen Wihlborgs as landlord in Helsingborg too”, says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB. “We have worked well together in the past, and Tyréns leases offices from us in both Dockan, Malmö, and Ideon, Lund”.
Wihlborgs acquired Knutpunkten in October 2010. Work on the extension started in April this year and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2016. The investment will total SEK 250 million.
“The expansion will enable us to offer magnificent premises to the Helsingborg business community. The offices offer a unique 360-degree panorama across Helsingborg and we are building to the environmental Gold standard, meaning that the environmental characteristics of the property are very high”, concludes Anders Jarl.
