Wihlborgs acquires another property in Denmark

Wihlborgs has acquired an office building with an area of 9,300 m² in Alleröd, north of Copenhagen.

The purchase consideration amounts to DKK 82 million and the seller is the pension company, Danica. The property is fully let to the Danish pension fund ATP. Possession will be taken in September 2017. 

“The acquisition complements the 15 properties we purchased from Danica in July,” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.

Following this acquisition, Wihlborgs will have a property portfolio in Denmark of around 580,000 m2 and valued at SEK 6.5 billion.
