Wihlborgs acquires property in central Helsingborg
The company was acquired from Hälsingborgs Byggmästares Bostads AB at an agreed property value of SEK 157.5 million. The property has a lettable area of around 6,500 m², mainly comprising office and educational premises, and is fully let.
“We are pleased with our acquisition that occupies a strategic location in central Helsingborg. The property is a good fit for our portfolio and, at the same time, strengthens Wihlborgs’ position as the leading property owner in Helsingborg,” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
“We are very pleased to be able to hand over the future management of the property to such a stable company as Wihlborgs. We have historic links with the property and it means a lot to us. Moving forward, we intend to focus on the management of residential property, which is a more appropriate long-term fit for our association,” says Dick Persson, Chairman of Hälsingborgs Byggmästareförening.
