Wihlborgs appoints new Regional Director in Malmö
Magnus joins Wihlborgs from his role as Commercial Property Director at Stena Property in Malmö and has previously worked in similar roles at Heimstaden and Briggen.
In his role as Regional Director for Wihlborgs in Malmö, Magnus Prochéus will be responsible for a property portfolio of 700,000 m² with a value of SEK 18 billion, and some thirty employees.
“Malmö is our largest market and the regional director role is critical for Wihlborgs. With his solid track record in property management and leadership, Magnus will be able to drive our continued development in Malmö and in the company overall.
