Wihlborgs signs lease with Gaia Biomaterials in Helsingborg
Gaia Biomaterials has garnered attention for its Biodolomer® innovation, an entirely biodegradable material that could replace traditional plastic in many products such as shopping bags, garbage bags, trays, flowerpots, eating utensils, straws, single-use protective wear, and more.
In July, Gaia Biomaterials will move into the Bunkalund Östra property in Ättekulla, which will house its production, warehouse and offices.
“Gaia Biomaterials is an interesting company with an innovative product whose time has come. We ourselves are working actively on sustainability, and naturally it is extremely gratifying to welcome a company that develops products that can promote a better environment,” says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
“In the Ättekulla property, we will have even better conditions for continuing the company’s positive development. Wihlborgs has been professional in improving and adapting our new premises,” says Peter Stenström, CEO of Gaia Biomaterials.
