Wihlborgs acquires two properties in Malmö

Wihlborgs has signed agreements to acquire the Sufflören 4 property in Hyllie, which is a combined office and warehouse property of 5,100 m², and the currently undeveloped Sunnanå 12:26 property of 10,000 m².

The vendor is Corem Property Group and occupancy is scheduled for 16 December.

Sufflören 4 is located east of Pildammsvägen in Hyllie and is next door to Wihlborgs’ existing property Sufflören 3. The property is about 50 percent let and the two properties will create considerable development opportunities in both the short and long term.

The undeveloped Sunnanå 12:26 property has a well-exposed location at Stora Bernstorp neighbouring east Malmö and is also in close vicinity to Wihlborgs’ existing properties Sunnanå 12:54 and 12:53, with tenants including Region Skåne, Veho Bil and Lion’s Trucks AB (formerly MAN).

The total underlying property value amounts to SEK 70 million.

“These properties comprise healthy additions to areas in which we are already established and where we see continued favourable development opportunities. The acquisition of Sunnanå also secures valuable ground for future projects,” says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs.
