Wihlborgs lets 12,000 m² to the Danish Building and Property Agency

The property on Ejby Industrivej in Glostrup, western Copenhagen, comprises 50,000 m² and since Danske Bank left the property in 2021, it has been further developed as a promising urban development project. Now the National Police of Denmark are taking over part of the premises under a three-year lease.

The property has direct access to the ring road and other motorway networks. The transportation links will improve further when the Greater Copenhagen Light Rail opens a new station right next door in 2025. Together with attractive planning permission opportunities, this means that there is extremely good potential for development.
