Another MedTech company at Wihlborgs’ Berga Flexhus in Helsingborg

The MedTech company CYTO365 has signed a lease for 800 m² in Berga Flexhus (Huggjärnet 13) at Berga in Helsingborg. The lease is for five years.

CYTO365 is a growing start-up company that will soon launch its first product, RondelO™, a stopcock manifold used in infusion therapy for pharmaceutics given sequentially, such as cytostatic drugs.

At the end of 2023, the company will move to Berga Flexhus, which comprises two modern office and warehouse buildings that have a focus on flexibility. Wihlborgs previously announced that the MedTech company AutomationsPartner will move in to a space of 2,200 m² in the building in the autumn. The third tenant is Soprema, which offers waterproofing and insulation products.

“Wihlborgs has been truly accommodating and active in the planning of our new offices. We are looking forward to constructing clean rooms and commencing high-volume production of our RondelO™ product,” says Micael Törnblom, CEO of CYTO365 AB.

“We look forward to welcoming CYTO365 and it is great that Berga Flexhus now has somewhat of a MedTech profile. We’ve been able to accommodate three different companies’ needs through various ways of combining office space with neighbouring warehouse and production space,” says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs.
