Instabee adds 4,000 square metres with Wihlborgs in Helsingborg
Instabee, which includes the consumer brands Budbee and Instabox, offers deliveries either to consumers’ homes or to a parcel locker. Instabee operates in six countries and can be selected as a shipping alternative with the majority of the major online retailers in Sweden.
Instabee has been a tenant of Wihlborgs since 2018, when it leased 220 square metres at Berga. Since 2021, the company has been leasing 2,000 square metres in the Bunkagården Västra 8 property but is now expanding with a space in a neighbouring premises that is double the size. Occupancy took place on 1 June, in conjunction with the previous tenant vacating the premises. The lease is for three years.
The Ättekulla industrial area is located in southern Helsingborg, and its proximity to the E4 and E6 motorways as well as the Port of Helsingborg has made it attractive to transportation companies, contracting companies and wholesalers.
