Vista is Wihlborgs’ fourth office building in Hyllie and will be completed by the end of 2025. The building will be certified according to the Sweden Green Building Council’s Gold, WELL and NollCO2 certifications. The mobility hub on the ground floor has already been completed and contains about 450 parking spaces, charging points, car and bicycle pool solutions, and bicycle parking with access to changing rooms and showers.
Vista has been designed with the concept that rather than being a static building, today’s workplace provides a flexible environment that supports collaboration, innovation and well-being. In addition, by designing premises that take into account individuals’ needs and that align with the corporate identity, a comprehensive offering is created that can enhance the employee experience and brand.
Mercedes-Benz has already signed up to be a tenant in the building and Laziza to run a restaurant.
