Few things are more exciting than playing a part in designing the cities of the future. Playing a part in creating plans for the environments where people and companies will operate for many years to come. As a region-builder, we are developing the region in many different ways. We develop city districts and properties that provide us, our tenants, cities and regions with opportunities to grow and prosper. We are also committed to the development of new infrastructure that provides even greater growth opportunities for companies in the Öresund region.
Owning and managing our properties for the long term
We have a long-term approach and see the value of developing properties and city districts that are attractive and vibrant every hour of the day. As such, we enable restaurants, shops and other services to run profitable businesses in all of our areas.
For us, sustainability is a natural part of developing new properties. Our new-build projects are certified to Gold standard by SGBC, and moving forward, many buildings will also be certified with the WELL health certification. We have a responsibility to reduce our climate impact from construction projects, and one way to develop these efforts is the coming Noll Co2 (Zero Co2) certification that we are testing at some of our properties.
Sustainability is also about maintaining a long-term approach. Since we plan to own and manage our properties for many years, we invest in high quality solutions for our buildings. This enables us to create sustainable and healthy workplaces for those working in the buildings, and we take responsibility for the environment through our choices of materials.
We have properties in Malmö, Lund, Helsingborg and Copenhagen. It is in these locations that we are also developing new properties.
