In a prime logistics location in Landskrona, we have developed a modern 9,600 sqm logistics facility for DACHSER. The project was completed in the winter of 2024.
In one of southern Sweden’s prime logistics locations, near the E6, we are constructing a new facility for the German logistics company DACHSER. By the turn of the year, the company will move into its new Landskrona facility, which will include a cross-dock terminal, logistics warehouse, and office space, all certified at Miljöbyggnad SGBC Gold. A solar power system will also be installed on the roof to enhance sustainability.
Landskrona is part of the Greater Copenhagen metropolitan region, home to four million residents, numerous universities, and a dynamic business environment with a strong presence in manufacturing and high-tech industries. Its strategic geographic location has made it an increasingly attractive choice for logistics companies, with businesses such as DSV and NA-KD already established in the area.
This will be a first step in developing one of many well-positioned properties in the area with a strategically favourable location and considerable potential. The new facility will have high sustainability requirements and will make efficient use of the site with a stable and long-term tenant.
