The project property is located in eastern Landskrona in one of South Sweden’s prime logistics locations in proximity to the E6 motorway. The property has scope for establishing a modern 20 metre tall logistics building of up to 15,000 m², which provides an internal ceiling height of about 18.5 metres. The building can be adapted for a future tenant with offices located on a mezzanine floor above the entrance doors.
