Prisma is a unique office building, part of the new Oceanhamnen, right by the sea in Helsingborg with an expansive view across Öresund. On its own island, just a stone’s throw from the city centre and the newly renovated Helsingborg Central Station. The food, shopping, arts centre and university campus in the neighbourhood give an impression of a pocket-sized major city.

Our vision has always been that Prisma would be a tech building with HETCH at its hub. This is an important investment for the City of Helsingborg and for the development of the business community. HETCH is creating a vibrant community and operating the welcome service and meeting point on the ground floor – an important aspect that fills the entire building with life and activity benefiting everyone who works and lives in Oceanhamnen.

Fantastic Prisma was drawn by Erik Giudice Architects, which has offices in Paris, Malmö and Stockholm. Prisma has become Helsingborg’s new landmark with its unique radiance and graceful maritime lines. A building that sits aside the quay, just as exhilarating on the inside as on the outside. But most of all – a building endowed with qualities that can contribute to happier employees and better business. Exactly as it should be.
