In Väla Norra we are constructing a production facility for Doka. The project encompasses offices, production and warehousing encompassing a total of 2,240 m².
Modern facility for Doka with the possibility of combining offices and warehouses
We are constructing a modern facility of a total of 2,240 m² for Doka Sweden that will encompass offices and warehousing for their operations in south Sweden. The one-storey building will comprise offices of 540 m² and a production/warehouse section of 1,680 m². The land surrounding the building comprising 13,400 m² will be prepared as hardstanding with reinforced asphalt. The facility is scheduled for occupancy in the beginning of 2023.
Doka works with different types of concrete formwork. Doka is a family company founded 150 years ago in Austria, which now has 7,000 employees worldwide. The company is one of the two global leaders within its segment. Doka’s operations in Sweden are focused on renting out formwork systems and the company currently has facilities in Uddevalla and Rosersberg. The new warehouse in Helsingborg is intended to serve the geographic areas: Skåne, Blekinge, Småland and Halland.
We are pleased to win the contract for building a modern facility for Doka with the possibility of combining offices and warehouses. Proximity to the E4 and E6 motorways as well as good public transport connections for the employees make the area very attractive.
