At Hasslanda, we have built a new industrial facility for Inpac. The 6,400 sqm facility will include office space, storage, production, and technical areas.
New facility for Inpac
In February 2023, we began construction of a new industrial facility at Tomaten 1 in Hasslanda for the contract manufacturer Inpac. The building was completed in spring 2024.
The new facility at Hasslanda covers 6 400 sqm and includes office space, storage, production, and technical areas. The total investment amounts to 137 million SEK.
Tomaten 1 – the world's first building with fossil-free steel
For Tomaten 1 in Hasslanda, Lund, we have chosen fossil-free steel produced by SSAB. This makes the industrial facility the first in the world to incorporate fossil-free steel.
