In the centre of Ideon Science Park, we are building Zenit. Zenit will provide optimal conditions for ideas, people and companies to develop. We are offering work places with a focus on innovation and smart technology, as well as a broad service offering. Ideon, where some of the world’s sharpest minds congregate. Companies such as Axis, Probi, Sigma Connectivity, Bosch, Flatfrog, Sony, Ericsson, Volvo and Schneider Electric have elected to locate their R&D departments or offices at Ideon to benefit from the array of expertise there as they develop future solutions.

Sustainability

Zenit will be an office building that has a care for the environment and the people who work in it. Of course, there will be fantastic natural lighting and a great indoor climate. There will also be outdoor work places on the large roof terrace. Restaurants and services are located on the ground floor. We will also have Instabox delivery services and a bicycle garage with repair services. The property will also meet stringent sustainability requirements and will be certified to SGBC Gold standard.

The tramway

Lund is expanding! The tramway runs between central Lund and northern Lund (Brunnshög). The Ideontorget stop is located in the centre of Ideon Science Park. Zenit will be located right by the stop, Ideon’s new focal point that will foster life and activity even after working hours. The feeling of a city square will be created here, with a focused selection of services, stores and restaurants. A central point for communications and a meeting place for all of Ideon.

Ideon Science Park was founded in 1983, right next to Lund University, in order to connect research to innovations and entrepreneurs. Ideon was the first science park of its kind in the whole of Northern Europe!
