In the centre of Ideon Science Park, we are building Zenit. Zenit will provide optimal conditions for ideas, people and companies to develop. Sustainability
Zenit will be an office building that has a care for the environment and the people who work in it. Of course, there will be fantastic natural lighting and a great indoor climate. The tramway
Lund is expanding! The tramway runs between central Lund and northern Lund (Brunnshög). The Ideontorget stop is located in the centre of Ideon Science Park. Zenit will be located right by the stop, Ideon’s new focal point that will foster life and activity even after working hours. The feeling of a city square will be created here, with a focused selection of services, stores and restaurants. A central point for communications and a meeting place for all of Ideon.
