New life for Motorhallen in Dockan

We are bringing new life to Motorhallen in Dockan! This former Kockums workshop building is now being revitalized and transformed. The property is currently undergoing a conversion into a 2 900 sqm preschool.

The planned preschool will be a two-story building, housing 12 preschool departments and accommodating 240 children. It will be surrounded by a large 6 000 sqm outdoor play area. The project began in 2024.
