Press release: Wihlborgs acquires logistics property in Malmö

Through a company transaction, Wihlborgs acquires the property Sunnanå 12:27 in the municipality of Burlöv, just outside Malmö. The site area is approximately 53 000 sqm and the lettable area is approximately 14 500 sqm.

On the property there are three buildings; one office building, one terminal and one warehouse. The buildings were erected in 2008 and are fully let to TransFargo.

Wihlborgs is to pay SEK 181 million net and will take possession immediately. The seller is AxFast AB.

“Sunnanå has a superb logistic location where the Outer Ring road (E6, E20/22) intersects with road 11.
