Wihlborgs buying and selling
Wihlborgs acquires properties in Helsingborg and Malmö.
Wihlborgs has bought three properties in Helsingborg for a total of SEK 115 million in April. The biggest is Terminalen 3, in Knutpunkten, central Helsingborg, comprising 3,700 m2 of office space. This was the only building in the Knutpunkten complex not already owned by Wihlborgs. In Berga, we have acquired the Armborstet 6 industrial/warehousing property, with 4,300 m2 of lettable area and undeveloped land measuring 4,800 m2 in the Visiret block. The site is immediately adjacent to Wihlborgs’ Visiret 5 property, which offers potential for future development.
Also in April, the Iris 6 property in Helsingborg has been sold, to a local property owner. The biggest tenant in the property is a popular attraction in Helsingborg, Tropikariet.
In Malmö, Wihlborgs has acquired Söderhavet 4, a warehouse property at a cost of SEK 27 million. The building is on Carlsgatan, right next to Central Station, and extends to 2,600 m2.

We have for a long time been interested in acquiring the last piece in the jigsaw puzzle in the area, and are extremely pleased to have achieved this aim”, concludes Anders Jarl.
