Acquisition by Wihlborgs at Berga in Helsingborg
Wihlborgs continues to grow in Helsingborg and has, via a company transaction, acquired leasehold of the Kroksabeln 12 property for SEK 151 million.
The property is located in an area with very good transportation links at Berga industrial park in northern Helsingborg.
The property includes a modern warehouse and office building of 15,000 m2, while the plot of land covers approximately 30,000 m2. Wihlborgs will take possession of the property during the first quarter of 2015.
“We are very pleased with our most recent acquisition, strategically located within our sub-district at Berga, more specifically on Garnisonsgatan. The acquisition strengthens Wihlborgs’ position as the largest property owner in Helsingborg. Prior to the acquisition, our portfolio consisted of 509,000 m2 in Helsingborg, of which 180,000 m2 were at Berga”, says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
“Vacancies in the property currently stand at 15 percent, and our assessment is that we will sign rental agreements for the vacant premises in 2015”, concludes Anders Jarl.
