Wihlborgs acquires a commercial property in Helsingborg
The Stattena 7 office and commercial property, part of Stattena Centrum, in Helsingborg has been acquired by Wihlborgs through a property transaction.
The property is strategically located along the Ängelholmsleden. The building comprises a lettable area of about 6,200 m², which is fully let under long-term leases. The property’s major tenants include Axfood Sverige AB and SATS Sportsclub Sweden AB. The purchase price was SEK 58 million with immediate possession.
“For many years, Wihlborgs has owned the property that comprises the other part of the Stattena centre complex. Having two property owners with different management goals for something that, by its nature, should be one legal entity rather than two is not an optimal situation,” comments Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
“The acquisition creates a more efficient property management unit that contributes to expanded development opportunities moving forward,” Anders Jarl continues.
