Wihlborgs signs lease with VA SYD
VA SYD moves to new office premises in Malmö, owned by Wihlborgs.
Wihlborgs has signed a lease with VA SYD, which means VA SYD will move into premises of about 4,000 m2 at the Väktaren 3 property adjacent to Malmö Central Station. Occupancy is scheduled for autumn 2016.
“We are extremely proud and pleased that VA SYD has chosen Wihlborgs as its landlord, when the company has now chosen to move its operations to more modern and appropriate premises,” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
“We have just completed a redevelopment for Deloitte and will now continue modernising the building. It is an extremely attractive location adjacent to Anna Linds Plats in Malmö with immediate access to the Malmö City Tunnel on the property ‘s doorstep,” concludes Anders Jarl.
