Wihlborgs divests in Helsingborg
Wihlborgs has sold two older properties in Helsingborg.
Wihlborgs has divested two small, older properties in central Helsingborg, Minerva 19 and Kärnan Södra 8, in the form of a company sale. The total lettable area is approximately 3,000 m2 and the agreed property price is SEK 72.5 million. The buyer is Gustavssons Fastigheter AB, a family-owned property company.
“We are continuously refining our property portfolio, for example, by divesting properties with lower development potential and instead investing in newer properties. Gustavssons is extremely skilled in managing older buildings with cultural heritage values and we are convinced that the company will also conscientiously manage these listed buildings,” commented Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB.
