Wihlborgs sells in Limhamn
Wihlborgs has sold a property with building rights to ICA Fastigheter.
Wihlborgs has sold a property in Malmö, Limhamn 156:90, in the form of a company sale to ICA Fastigheter. The plot comprises an area of 3,000 m2 with 10,000 m2 building rights for trade and residential. The location is very attractive next to Limhamns Sjöstad, an area with several hundred newly built apartments that continues to grow.
The price agreed was SEK 39 million and ICA Fastigheter takes possession immediately.
˗ Limhamn 156:90 was part of an acquisition from Dresser Wayne made in 2010. Since Wihlborgs focuses on commercial real estate, we choose to sell the property now that the building rights for trade and residential properties are fully developed, says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter.
