Wihlborgs raises financing via green bonds

Wihlborgs has for the first time raised financing via green bonds through a bond issue within the established green framework of Nya Svensk FastighetsFinansiering AB (Nya SFF).


Nya SFF has extended the bond loan 107 through issuance of SEK 420 million. Wihlborgs is the borrower of the whole amount. The loan will be repaid on 20 November 2017 and has a coupon of 3 month Stibor +0.75 percent. The effective interest rate on the issued amount is 3 month Stibor +0.90 percent. The bonds will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
