Wihlborgs has fully let its Knutpunkten property
Knutpunkten in Helsingborg is a meeting point for people who travel by bus, train and ferry, but also a workplace for 700 people. The extension of Knutpunkten by 9,000 m2 of office space and room for a further 500 people is now ready for occupation and fully let.
Wihlborgs acquired Knutpunkten in the autumn of 2010 and comprehensive work began to modernise and improve the efficiency of the property. Today 40,000 people pass through Knutpunkten every day, the largest communications hub in north-west Skåne. In 2014, a conversion and extension project was initiated and just recently the property has become ready for occupation.
We have focused on providing modern workplaces with a high environmental profile in order to meet the strong demand for modern office premises in central Helsingborg. The project is classified as gold according to Sweden Green Building Council’s rating. Tenants in the new premises include Sweco, Avensia, Infab, Manpower, Mazars, Tyréns, Teva, Rikshem, Preventic Group and Wihlborgs Fastigheter. Occupation will gradually occur during the year.

As we were previously a satisfied tenant of Wihlborgs, the office premises at Knutpunkten was a natural choice,” says Robin Gustafsson, CEO Avensia.
In June, Wihlborgs’ regional office will also move in to floor 6.
