Wihlborgs sells property in Malmö
Wihlborgs has today entered into an agreement to sell the property Malmen 12 in Malmö. The property will be sold to Atrium Ljungberg in the form of a company transaction. The agreed property price is SEK 125 million. Surrender will occur on 2 May 2016.
The property comprises 7,500 m² lettable area, which is fully let. A large proportion of the businesses conducted in the premises are directed towards nursing and healthcare for example, Vårdcentralen Eden, Region Skåne, conducts palliative treatment, and ASIH Malmö, specialised in palliative home treatment.
“The property is a solitary object in our property portfolio. It is located close to Möllevångstorget where we do not own any other properties,” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB. The strong market climate has led to the assessment that now is the right time for Wihlborgs to carry out a divestment and further concentrate the portfolio towards our core areas.
