Wihlborgs hiring out in Malmö to Mechanum
Wihlborgs has signed a ten-year lease agreement with Mechanum Sweden AB for a total of 4,400 square meters within the property Stocken 2 on Västkustvägen. Possession will take place as of 1 October 2010. Mechanum is Sweden's first multi-brand car-repair garage with authorized service and with three facilities in Gothenburg.

Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB:s (publ) AGM 2010
At Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB’s AGM on 21 April, the meeting agreed to the board’s proposal for a dividend for 2009 of SEK 6.75 per share. The record date for receiving the dividend was set at Monday, 26 April 2010. Cash payment will be sent by Euroclear Sweden AB on Thursday, 29 April 2010.

Wihlborgs’ interim report Q1, 2010
- The result for the period increased by SEK 39 million to SEK
120 million (81). This means a result per share of SEK 3.18 (2.24) - Newly-signed lease agreements amounted to SEK 46 million (29)
- Lease income increased by 2 per cent to SEK 318 million (311)
- The operating surplus increased to SEK 217 million (216)
- Earnings from property management increased by 32 per cent to SEK 144 million (109)
- Equity/assets ratio increased to 30.8 per cent (29.6)
- Leverage declined to 59.9 per cent (61.3)
- The result for the period increased by SEK 39 million to SEK

Wihlborgs hiring out at Berga in Helsingborg
During the first quarter of the year, Wihlborgs has signed seven new lease agreements at Berga which cover a total of 7,000 m2. New major tenants are Laperle Haircare AB and Rollco AB. Most of the tenants will be taking possession during June and July 2010.

Wihlborgs hiring out in Denmark
Wihlborgs has signed lease agreements for a total of 5,000 m2 within the properties Hørkær 16-28 in Herlev and Lauptrupvang 12 in Ballerup. New tenants are CDRator A/S and IDG Danmark A/S. Possession will take place as of 1 July 2010. The rental value for both agreements totals SEK 6,3 million/year.

The Election Committee’s proposals regarding members to the Board of Directors
The election committee in Wihlborgs, as appointed in accordance with the AGM’s decision, is formed by representatives from the three largest shareholders as per 30 September 2009 as well as one representative from Aktiespararna. The election committee comprises Eva Gottridsdotter-Nilsson (Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning AB), Leif Franzon (Aktiespararna), Sten K Johnson (Tibia Konsult AB) and Anders Silverbåge (Brinova Fastigheter AB). Anders Silverbåge has been the chairman of the election committee. The three largest shareholders represented together at the turn of the year approximately 20.8 per cent of the shares.

Wihlborgs disposes of re-purchased shares
Wihlborgs has today reduced its holding of its own repurchased shares by a total of 964,350 shares at a price of SEK 148.50 per share.

Wihlborgs makes acquisitions in Helsingborg
Wihlborgs has today reached an agreement with Brinova Fastigheter AB (publ) on the acquisition of five industrial/warehouse properties totalling 21,700 m2 and two project properties. The industrial/warehouse properties are Afrika 18, Ametisten 5, Spanien 5, Spanien 11 and Tyfonen 1. The project properties are Påfågeln 9 and Ruuth 23.
