Wihlborgs acquires the property, Literbuen 6-10, situated in our management area Ballerup/Herlev in the west of Copenhagen. The purchase price is DKK 45 million. The property includes three buildings with a total area of 12,200 square metres warehouse and office space. The property is fully let and it will be taken into possession during Q2 2012.
At Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB’s AGM on 26 April, the meeting agreed to the board’s proposal for a dividend for 2011 of SEK 3.75 per share. The record date for receiving the dividend was set at Wednesday, 2 May 2012. Cash payment will be sent by Euroclear Sweden AB on Monday, 7 May 2012.
Wihlborgs is continuing to expand in Helsingborg and, via a company transaction, is acquiring the property Bunkagården Västra 8 from Tamar European Industrial Fund Limited, for SEK 46.4 million. The property is situated in the Ättekulla industrial area with excellent communication links.

The shareholders in Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB (publ) are herewith called to attend the Annual General Meeting to be held on Thursday, 26 April 2012 at 17.00 at Slagthuset, Jörgen Kocksgatan 7 A in Malmö.
The election committee in Wihlborgs, as appointed in
accordance with the 2011 AGM’s decision, is formed by representatives from the
three largest shareholders as per 30 September 2011 as well as one
representative from the small shareholders.
The election committee comprises Eva Gottfridsdotter-Nilsson (Länsförsäkringar
Fondförvaltning), Krister Eurén (small shareholders), Sten K Johnson (Tibia
Konsult AB) and Bo Forsén (Brinova Fastigheter AB). Bo Forsén has been the
chairman of the election committee. The three largest shareholders represented
together at the turn of the year approximately 15 per cent of the shares.
Wihlborgs has reached agreement with JM to sell a development property, Nils 24, in the Värnhem area of Malmö. The property has a site area of 3,600 sq. m. and is being sold as freehold. Planning permission has been granted for 11,000 sq. m. of residential housing.
Wihlborgs has signed a new lease with Sparbanken Öresund to let around an additional 1,000 sq. m. of office space at Kranen 1 in the Dockan area of Malmö, which has been the head office of the bank since November 2010. The bank will take possession of the new premises on 1 April 2012.
Wihlborgs has signed a lease agreement with Lantmännen
concerning 5,600 sqm of office premises in Fosie. The property Boplatsen 3 is
situated with close access to E6 and Inre Ringvägen (ring road surrounding the
city) in Malmö. Lantmännen will move into the premises on 15 May 2012.
