Wihlborgs updates prospectus and expands MTN-program size
Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB publishes the updated prospectus for its MTN-program with a program size of SEK 6 000 m, which is an increase from the previous SEK 4,000 m.

Prominent restaurant profiles open “Varv” at Wihlborgs property in Malmö
In May, the Varv restaurant and bakery opens at Media Evolution’s premises (Ubåten 2) in Dockan in central Malmö. The people behind this venture – “a new culinary voice in Malmö” – are Benjamin van Stellingwerff, with a background at two Michelin star restaurant Vyn and the popular Malmö restaurant Ruths, and Gent Berisha, who is also from Ruths. Head chef Francesco Mascellani has worked in Copenhagen at restaurants such as Calma, Levi and Mangia.

2024 Year-end report: Strong end to the year
· Rental income increased 8 percent to SEK 4.174 million (3.881). · Operating surplus increased 8 percent to SEK 2.996 million (2.763). · Income from property management increased 2 percent to SEK 1.781 million (1.747). · Profit for the period amounted to SEK 1.706 million (-27), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 5.55 (-0.09). · The Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 3.20 (3.15) per share.

Wihlborgs strengthens clusters in Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg with SEK 2.4 billion in acquisitions
Wihlborgs is acquiring seven property companies with eight properties from Granitor with a transfer of ownership on 1 April 2025. The portfolio consists of the Perrongen 1 (Clarion Hotel SeaU) and Regula 1 (including Scandic hotels) investment properties in Helsingborg, the Kajutan 1, Sjömannen 1 and Sjömannen 2 investment properties in Malmö and the Jöns Petter Borg 16 investment property in Lund as well as the Brysselkålen 1 and Jöns Petter Borg 15 development properties in Lund. The goal is to strengthen Wihlborgs’ existing clusters in the Swedish areas and to offer new opportunities to tenants.

HSB Skåne moves to new Wihlborgs build in central Lund
When the second stage of the Posthornet 1 property in the Sockerbruk area in central Lund is completed in 2026, one tenant will be HSB Skåne with a lease of 1,500 square metres. By moving to the newly built premises in central Lund, HSB Skåne aims to create a modern workplace with good collaboration conditions.

On Tuesday 11 February, at 7:30 a.m. (CET), Wihlborgs’ 2024 year-end report will be published. Wihlborgs invites press, investors and analysts to a webcast and telephone conference at 9:00 a.m. (CET) on the same date.

Historic Wihlborgs property in Helsingborg attracts new tenants
Fabriken1891 (Hermes 10), the old Tretorn factory in Helsingborg, is not just a historic well-known building in Helsingborg. Today, it is home to 100 companies and Lund University, and an important place for knowledge exchange, fellowship and innovation. In just the last six months alone, Wihlborgs has signed new leases for a total of 6,500 square metres at the property, including with Visma and Arbetsförmedlingen (Sweden’s public employment agency).

Wihlborgs lets 5,200 m2 to Smurfit Westrock OnWell in Helsingborg
Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with the expanding Smurfit Westrock OnWell for Värjan 13 at Berga in Helsingborg. The move is taking place in 2025 and the lease is for five years.

Fish restaurant and taproom open in Wihlborgs property in Dockan in Malmö
The restaurant and food truck company Fisky Business is opening a new unit in Dockporten 1 overlooking the marina in Dockan. The establishment is in partnership with the Skåne-based brewery Perfectly Squared Brewing, which will open a taproom on the floor above the restaurant. The restauranteurs behind the project refer to it as a “Living room in Dockan.”

New build by Wihlborgs for BPC Instruments in Lund
At the Tomaten 1 property in Lund’s Hasslanda business district, Wihlborgs will construct a 3,600 square metre warehouse, production and office building for the growing Lund company BPC Instruments.
