2023 Year-end report: Record high operating surplus
· Rental income increased 16 percent to SEK 3,881 million (3,335). · Operating surplus increased 19 percent to SEK 2,763 million (2,331). · Income from property management amounted to SEK 1,747 million (1,861). · Profit/loss for the period amounted to SEK -27 million (2,288), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK -0.09 (7.44).

Wihlborgs to modernise premises for Bravida in Malmö
Wihlborgs has signed a new lease with the service and installation company Bravida at Hundlokan 10 in Fosie encompassing 4,400 square metres. The premises are set to undergo comprehensive redevelopment in 2024 with the modernisation of office space and new, energy-efficiency technical installations.

Wihlborgs modernises for Nordea in Malmö
Nordea is extending its lease at Östersjön 1 on Carlsgatan in central Malmö for ten years. The premises will now be modernised and the layout improved to create an even better customer experience.

The traditional office needs upgrading – new study indicates need for a multi-faceted workplace
Growing expectations for a sustainable and flexible work life also open opportunities for employers to create inclusive workplaces that make their business more competitive. This requires upgrading the traditional office so that more employee needs can be met. Veterinary hospital at Wihlborgs property in Helsingborg
In autumn 2024, AWAKE Djursjukhus (en: veterinary hospital) will open in the former post sorting centre (Posten 1) in Gåsebäck in southern Helsingborg. The high demand for qualified veterinary care is the reason for the expansion. The lease is for 2,000 square metres and extends for 15 years.

Wihlborgs lets 62,000 square metres in Høje-Taastrup
Wihlborgs has signed a ten-year lease with one of Denmark’s largest companies for 62,000 square metres at the Girostrøget 1 property in Høje-Taastrup. The lease enters force on 1 May 2024 and the property will be extensively modernised during the lease term.

Wihlborgs signs agreement for a total of 2,200 m2 at an office and conference property in Fosie
Wihlborgs’ Boplatsen 3 property in Fosie in southeast Malmö continues to attract more tenants following its renovation and upgrade. Such tenants include the IT company WeSafe IT, the advertising agency Mortensen Media, the car leasing company Athlon Sweden and the logistics company Scan Global Logistics.

In October 2024, Telia and Telia’s IT company Telia Cygate move in to Wihlborgs’ newly built office building Kvartetten (Pulpeten 5). The building is thus fully let.
