The medical technology company Rubin Medical is set to move in to Medeon (Forskaren 1) in the summer and the existing tenant Swedencare is expanding at the same location. The leases encompass approximately 1,000 square metres.

Wihlborgs acquires office property at Hyllie station

Wihlborgs has acquired the Värdshuset 2 property above Hyllie station in Malmö, with a direct connection to Malmö Arena and the Emporia shopping centre. The property, with its smaller office premises, will become an important complement to Wihlborgs’ existing offering in the area.

Wihlborgs to build new facility for Caldic who is co-locating to Malmö

Wihlborgs has signed a 20-year agreement with the food solutions company Caldic Ingredients Nordic for a new 10,000 m² facility at Galoppen 1 in Fosie, eastern Malmö. Caldic is moving production as well as offices to the facilities, creating around 90 jobs. Occupancy will take place in autumn 2025.

Wihlborgs lets 6,300 m² outside Copenhagen

The electronics company EMRI and the engineering and technology company Grønbech will be moving to Wihlborgs’ newly renovated, multifunctional and energy-efficient Meterbuen 27 office building in Skovlunde northwest of Copenhagen.

Wihlborgs lets 4,800 m² at Ideon in Lund

Wihlborgs has signed leases with two companies for a total of 3,800 square metres at Cube (Nya Vattentornet 4) on Mobilvägen in Lund. A public sector tenant will move in to 1,000 square metres in the neighbouring property Bricks (Nya Vattentornet 3).

Wihlborgs lets 3,300 m² to Region Skåne in Malmö

Wihlborgs has signed an eight-year lease with Region Skåne who is co-locating Hjälpmedelsverksamheten to the Sufflören 4 property in Hyllie. The property, which was acquired just over a year ago with a high level of vacancy, is now fully let.
