Wihlborgs welcomes High Court to Börshuset in Malmö
Malmö-based conference operator High Court will conduct restaurant, conference and co-working operations at Malmö Börshus (Börshuset 1) when the building opens its doors in 2025 after comprehensive renovation work.

Introducing the world’s first building with fossil-free steel
Peab and SSAB have taken the next step in their collaboration and now, together with Ruukki Construction and the property company Wihlborgs, present the world’s first building with fossil-free steel in Lund, Sweden. The building’s wall and roof structures have been designed and produced by Ruukki Construction. Parts of the building were manufactured using fossil-free steel from SSAB.

Swedish game developer King moves to Wihlborgs’ property in central Malmö
Swedish-founded game developer King, behind hit games including Candy Crush Soda Saga and Farm Heroes Saga, has signed a ten-year lease with Wihlborgs. The newly renovated office space at Elefanten 40 will be ready to move in to early next year. It is located on Storgatan at the core of central Malmö and encompasses an area of 1,500 square metres.

Wihlborgs wins new construction assignment from Malmö University
Wihlborgs has won the assignment from Malmö University to, in consultation with the university and the City of Malmö, design and construct buildings at the Malmö Amphitrite 1 property, to be leased in the future by the university.

Wihlborgs invests in energy innovation in Lund
In November, Wihlborgs will start the expansion of a DC network between its own building Alfa 3–6 (Studentkåren 2) at Ideon and Blekingska nationen’s student housing. The project will be completed in partnership with the IT contractor Jonas Birgersson and aims to create an open, independent system for energy distribution and, in time, relief for the existing electricity grid as well as lower electricity prices.
