Interim report jan-sep 2022: Workplaces continue to deliver
· Rental income increased 7 percent to SEK 2,447 million (2,290). · Operating surplus increased 4 percent to SEK 1,729 million (1,658) · Income from property management increased 4 percent to SEK million 1,425 (1,372). · Profit for the period amounted to SEK 1,998 million (1,680), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 6.50 (5.46).

Wihlborgs sector leader in global sustainability ranking
In this year’s ESG assessment from the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), Wihlborgs was rated as one of the world’s most sustainable property companies. Wihlborgs was also named a global sector leader in the diversified property sector.

Dogman opens a city location in a Wihlborgs property in Malmö
Dogman is expanding its dog spa and activity space concept with easy access to the city at Erik Menved 37 in central Malmö.

Hedin Bil bringing BYD to a Wihlborgs property in Berga
Starting in November, Hedin Bil will be selling its new electric car brand BYD in locations including Pilbågen 6 in Berga, Helsingborg. Other new tenants at the property include Nika Motors, a microcar dealer.

Alvier Mechatronics moving to Prisma in Helsingborg
The start-up company Alvier Mechatronics, a subsidiary of Höganäs, will move to Wihlborgs’ profile property Prisma (Ursula 1) in Oceanhamnen, Helsingborg in the spring of 2023.

Wihlborgs to construct a 6,400 m2 facility for Inpac in Lund
In the autumn, Wihlborgs will start construction of a new industrial facility at Tomaten 1 in Hasslanda in Lund for the contract manufacturer Inpac. The building is set for completion in autumn 2023 with an initial 15-year lease.

Wihlborgs’ office building in Hyllie obtains the most demanding sustainability certification in the industry
The Kvartetten office building (Pulpeten 5) has been pre-certified under NollCO\2\, which means that the property will achieve a net zero climate impact over its lifetime according to current calculation models. Wihlborgs is now focusing on having additional properties certified, meaning that more climate neutral products and solutions will thereby become a reality.

Försäkringskassan (the Swedish Social Insurance Agency) expands at Wihlborgs premises in Malmö
From 1 April 2023, Försäkringskassan will expand at Wihlborgs’ Kranen 8 property in Dockan by 3,000 m². At the same time, the lease will be extended by six years.
