Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with a logistics customer for 5,900 m² at Benkammen 16 in Fosie in eastern Malmö, an in-demand area with a low vacancy rate. Occupancy is scheduled for June 2022.

Avensia opens offices in a third Wihlborgs’ property

Avensia is currently a tenant of Wihlborgs in both Lund and Helsingborg. And now, the IT company is opening an office in Malmö City in the former premises of Massive Entertainment at Sparven 15 on Drottninggatan. The lease is for some 700 square metres with occupancy scheduled for 1 September 2022.

Wihlborgs’ Space the first construction start in Science Village

On Wednesday, Wihlborgs, Oatly, Science Village and the City of Lund shared in the first turf-cutting for the modern innovation hub Space, at the centre of Science Village. Space, where the world-leading oat-drink manufacturer Oatly will establish a new research and innovation centre, is the first building to be constructed between the research facilities ESS and MAX IV. The turf-cutting is therefore an important milestone for Science Village which, following an extended planning period, has reached the start of the implementation phase.

Wihlborgs and Herlev Municipality to collaborate on a new preschool

In early 2023, a new preschool will open at the Wihlborgs property, Hørkær 18, northwest of Copenhagen in Herlev. The collaboration between Wihlborgs and Herlev Municipality is based on the considerable need for additional preschool positions in the quickly growing area. The lease is for 1,500 square metres over a term of 20 years.

Wihlborgs releases new AI report about tomorrow’s office – expectations rising

Investments in hybrid concepts and work-life flexibility increased 200 percent from March to October 2021 compared with the same period in the previous year. These were the findings of a follow-up AI report prepared by Wihlborgs and the analysis company Navet.
