Visma new tenant in innovative Prisma building in Helsingborg
Wihlborgs is letting 840 square metres of the iconic Prisma office building, Ursula 1 in Oceanhamnen, to the software company Visma. Occupancy is planned for April 2022 and Prisma will become the workplace of 70 of Visma’s employees.

Wihlborgs is letting 11,200 m² to a logistics company at the Plåtförädlingen 11 property in Hamn-City, Helsingborg, with occupancy scheduled in August.

Wihlborgs is letting 4,200 m² at the Nya Vattentornet 4 property in Ideon Science Park in Lund to a government agency.

Wihlborgs signs agreement with Mindpark, which is expanding in Hyllie
Wihlborgs is currently building the Kvartetten office building in Hyllie, where tomorrow’s workplaces are being created with a focus on sustainability – for the environment and for people. Wihlborgs has now signed an agreement with the co-working company Mindpark which will elevate the experience and service at Kvartetten. Mindpark moves in at the beginning of 2023.

Wihlborgs adds more agreements for Raffinaderiet 3 in Lund
Raffinaderiet 3 is a historic listed property in a prime location near Lund Central Station. Sustainable reuse and redevelopment with respect has enabled retention of the old sugar refinery’s original industrial identity at the same time as we created modern, functional offices. Wihlborgs has signed four leases with new tenants, who will all move in by the end of 2022.

Mia Rolf the new Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications at Wihlborgs
Mia Rolf, currently the CEO of Ideon Science Park, will become Wihlborgs’ new Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications. Mia has a background in entrepreneurship, business and brand development, and digitalisation in senior roles at Swedish and international companies, start-ups and her own business.

Wihlborgs signs lease with Regin to open a new innovation centre at Ideon in Lund
Regin, a Swedish company that develops smart, automated solutions to reduce energy consumption at properties, is moving its research and development operations from Landskrona to Lund. The company has signed a lease with Wihlborgs for 820 m² in Ideon Science Park.

At Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB’s AGM on 27 April 2021, the meeting agreed to the Board’s proposal for a dividend for 2020 of SEK 5.25 per share. The record date for receiving the dividend was set at Thursday, 29 April 2020. Cash payment will be sent by Euroclear Sweden AB on Tuesday 4 May 2020.
