AutomationsPartner new tenant at Wihlborgs’ Flexhus in Helsingborg

Wihlborgs has signed a ten-year lease with the medtech company, AutomationsPartner, for a total of 2,200 square metres at Berga Flexhus (Huggjärnet 13). AutomationsPartner will take occupancy on 1 October 2023. Ground is being broken for the building today.

Wihlborgs welcomes Aspia to Dockan in Malmö

Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with the business adviser and business partner Aspia for 1,100 square metres in the seaside building Skrovet 3 in Dockan. Occupancy will take place at the end of 2022 and the lease is for five years.

The Annual General Meeting of Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB (publ) held on 26 April 2022, resolved on a two-for-one division of the company’s shares (a “split”), by which each old share will be replaced with two new shares. The Board was authorised to establish a record date for the split. 

Anna Nambord to take a leave of absence from Wihlborgs

Anna Nambord, Director of Sustainable Business, will be taking a part-time leave of absence from Wihlborgs in order to start her own company. She will therefore also be stepping down from her position in Group Management. 

Wihlborgs introduces pricing on CO2 emissions

· Rental income increased by 8 percent to SEK 795 million (738). · Operating surplus increased by 9 percent to SEK 557 million (509). · Income from property management increased by 12 percent to SEK 467 million (416). · Profit for the period amounted to SEK 816 million (478), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 5.31 (3.11).

Wihlborgs builds new facility for Nederman in Helsingborg

At the Rausgård 21 property in southern Helsingborg, Wihlborgs will construct a new manufacturing and logistics facility of 25,000 m² for the environmental technology company Nederman. The lease extends for 20 years and the facility is expected to commence operations in March 2024.
