Wihlborgs builds facility for Rollco in Helsingborg
Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with the industrial company Rollco for construction of a new 3,600 m² facility at Snårskogen 5 in Väla Norra. The facility is set for completion in summer 2024 with an initial ten-year lease.

Wihlborgs signs lease with BTJ at Ideon in Lund
The media company BTJ Sverige will be moving to the Wihlborgs property Cube (Nya Vattentornet 4) at Ideon in Lund in September 2023.

Springhill to lease 6,400 m2 at Wihlborgs’ new logistics facility in Helsingborg
Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with Springhill Textile AB for 6,400 m² in the state-of-the-art logistics facility that will be constructed at Plåtförädlingen 15, close to the harbour in southern Helsingborg.

Genetor expands with Wihlborgs at Helsingborg Central Station
Genetor Coworking, which currently conducts operations on two floors of Helsingborg Central Station (Terminalen 1), has signed a contract with Wihlborgs for an additional floor of nearly 900 m². Occupancy will take place at the end of 2023.

Wihlborgs lets 12,000 m2 to the Danish Building and Property Agency
Wihlborgs has signed a lease with the Danish Building and Property Agency for 12,000 m² at Ejby Industrivej 41 in western Copenhagen. The premises will be used by the National Police of Denmark with occupancy scheduled for 1 January 2023.
Wihlborgs to build a mobility hub in Hyllie
In March 2023, Wihlborgs will commence the construction of a mobility hub as part of the planned Vista office building (Bläckhornet 1) in Hyllie.

Wihlborgs acquires two properties in Malmö
Wihlborgs has signed agreements to acquire the Sufflören 4 property in Hyllie, which is a combined office and warehouse property of 5,100 m², and the currently undeveloped Sunnanå 12:26 property of 10,000 m².
