Second-hand store establishes itself in Wihlborgs property in central Malmö
In November, the second-hand chain Busfrö Nytt & Bytt opens its first store in Malmö in the Wihlborgs property Elefanten 40 on Storgatan in Malmö. Their closest neighbour will be Emmaus Björkå, who is a tenant at the same property.

Wihlborgs acquires properties of 52,000 m2 in Copenhagen
Wihlborgs has signed an agreement to acquire the properties Hedegaardsvej 88 and Amager Strandvej 390 with a total lettable area of 52,000 m². Both properties are located close to Kastrup and Copenhagen Airport and right next to one metro station each with a short distance to central Copenhagen.

Game developer moves to Wihlborgs property in central Malmö
Game developer IO Interactive, currently working on a new James Band game, has signed an agreement with Wihlborgs for 1,800 square metres in the Erik Menved 37 property on Östergatan 20 in Malmö.

Wihlborgs lets 6,800 m2 to VA SYD
Wihlborgs has signed a twelve-year agreement with the water and sewerage organisation VA SYD for 2,200 m² of offices and 4,600 m² of warehouse space at Spännbucklan 9 in Fosie, Malmö. The mains network division of VA SYD will carry out operations for five municipalities in Skåne from these new premises.

Wihlborgs lets 2,000 m2 in Jägersro
Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with the investment company Sandberg Development AB for 2,000 m² at the Rosengård 130:403 property in Jägersro in Malmö. The lease is for three years, with occupancy scheduled for 1 September 2022.

Wihlborgs strengthens its north Helsingborg presence with two acquisitions
Wihlborgs acquired the Pilbågen 6 property in Berga and the Snårskogen 1 property in Väla Norra, both in Helsingborg, with a total lettable area of 25,000 m². The properties are in Wihlborgs’ cluster in these two sought-after business districts.

Wihlborgs has acquired the Lersø Parkalle 107 property, which is located adjacent to one of Wihlborg’s existing properties in east Copenhagen. Improvements to standards in the property will begin soon.

Wihlborgs lets 4,200 square metres at Ideon in Lund
Wihlborgs has signed agreements with three tenants for a total of 4,200 square metres at the Nya Vattentornet 4 (“Cube”) property at Ideon. One of the new tenants is MAX IV (Lund University), which moves in on 1 October.
