Wihlborgs wins sustainable building prize at Sweden Green Building Awards
On Tuesday evening, the Wihlborgs property Syret 6 in Lund was awarded the Årets Miljöbyggnad iDrift (sustainable building operation of the year) prize by the Sweden Green Building Council (SGBC). Wihlborgs is currently the property owner with the most SGBC In-Use certified office properties.

Wihlborgs acquires property in Herlev
Wihlborgs has acquired the Vasekær 10-12 property in Herlev, Denmark. When the seller, Terma A/S, vacates the property on 30 June next year, Wihlborgs will begin redeveloping the property, turning it into a modern and flexible office building.

Inyett – new tenant at Wihlborgs’ Prisma office building in Helsingborg
In April 2022, the fintech company Inyett will move to new premises of 580 square metres at the Prisma (Ursula 1) office building in Oceanhamnen, Helsingborg. As such, the iconic office building is soon fully let.

BUP moves to modern, tailored premises with Wihlborgs in central Helsingborg
When Region Skåne’s Child and adolescent psychiatry (Barn- och ungdomspsykiatri, BUP) move in to the Hermes 10 building in Helsingborg at the end of 2022, they are moving to tailored, functional and centrally located premises. The former industrial property is continuing its transformation to provide a home to new businesses.

In Wihlborgs new building Space (Kunskapen 1), in the middle of Science Village in north-eastern Lund, the world’s largest oat drink manufacturer Oatly is starting a new research and innovation centre.

Restaurant SPILL expands into Wihlborgs’ triple-certified office building in Hyllie
Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with restaurant SPILL to lease 500 square metres at Kvartetten (Pulpeten 5), a new Zero CO\2 \certified office building in Hyllie, Malmö. The restaurant, whose concept is based on reducing food waste, will open its doors in the beginning of 2023.

Søren Kempf Holm – new CEO of Wihlborgs A/S
Søren Kempf Holm joins Wihlborgs as CEO of its Danish subsidiary Wihlborgs A/S on 1 October. He succeeds Peter Ildal Nielsen, who has directed operations for 25 years.

Wihlborgs and E.ON invest in low climate footprint solar cells
Wihlborgs has just implemented its largest solar power system yet. Low climate footprint solar cells have been installed on Nya Vattentornet 3, one of Wihlborgs’ properties in Lund, and is the largest solar panel facility of its kind that E.ON has installed in Sweden.
