Wihlborgs signs agreements with five new restaurants in Helsingborg

Wihlborgs has signed agreements with four new restaurants that will open on the new Kitchen Floor dining floor in Helsingborg Central Station. We have also signed a contract with a restaurateur to move in to the newly built Prisma office building in Oceanhamnen.

The members of the Nomination Committee for the period until the 2021 AGM were elected by the 2020 Annual General Meeting and consists of Lennart Mauritzson (Backahill AB), Elisabet Jamal Bergström (SEB Investment Management AB), Eva Gottfridsdotter-Nilsson (Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning) and Krister Eurén (minor shareholders).

2020 year-end report: Stable income from property management and record-strong financial position for Wihlborgs

• Rental income increased by 3 percent to SEK 3,074 million (2,983)
• Operating surplus increased by 4 percent to SEK 2,222 million (2,140)
• Income from property management increased by 3 percent to SEK 1,830 million (1,775)
• Result for the period amounts to SEK 2,222 million (2,923), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 14.46 (19.02)
• EPRA NAV rose 12 percent to SEK 152.44 (140.20)
• The Board of Directors proposes a dividend of SEK 5.25 (4.50) per share

Peter Olsson appointed as new Regional Director at Wihlborgs

Peter Olsson, who is currently Property Director at Wihlborgs, will become the new Regional Director in Malmö. Peter has extensive experience from the property sector, of which the past four years have been spent at Wihlborgs.

Wihlborgs lets 2,000 m² in central Helsingborg

Wihlborgs has signed a lease with a new tenant for 2,000 m² at Hermes 10 in central Helsingborg. At the same time, work is ongoing with the creation of a clearer identity for the property.

Magnus Prochéus leaves Wihlborgs to become Property Director for the city of Helsingborg

Magnus Prochéus, Regional Director in Malmö and member of Wihlborgs’ Group Management, has been appointed Property Director for the City of Helsingborg and is therefore stepping down from his role at Wihlborgs.

Wihlborgs signs lease with Atkins and the law firm WSA at Prisma, Helsingborg

The design, engineering and project-management consultancy Atkins signed an agreement for 730 m² at Prisma, Wihlborgs’ new office building in Helsingborg. Wesslau Söderqvist Advokatbyrå (WSA) also recently signed a contract for 420 m².
