HSB Skåne moves to new Wihlborgs build in central Lund
When the second stage of the Posthornet 1 property in the Sockerbruk area in central Lund is completed in 2026, one tenant will be HSB Skåne with a lease of 1,500 square metres. By moving to the newly built premises in central Lund, HSB Skåne aims to create a modern workplace with good collaboration conditions.

Historic Wihlborgs property in Helsingborg attracts new tenants
Fabriken1891 (Hermes 10), the old Tretorn factory in Helsingborg, is not just a historic well-known building in Helsingborg. Today, it is home to 100 companies and Lund University, and an important place for knowledge exchange, fellowship and innovation. In just the last six months alone, Wihlborgs has signed new leases for a total of 6,500 square metres at the property, including with Visma and Arbetsförmedlingen (Sweden’s public employment agency).

Wihlborgs lets 5,200 m2 to Smurfit Westrock OnWell in Helsingborg
Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with the expanding Smurfit Westrock OnWell for Värjan 13 at Berga in Helsingborg. The move is taking place in 2025 and the lease is for five years.

Fish restaurant and taproom open in Wihlborgs property in Dockan in Malmö
The restaurant and food truck company Fisky Business is opening a new unit in Dockporten 1 overlooking the marina in Dockan. The establishment is in partnership with the Skåne-based brewery Perfectly Squared Brewing, which will open a taproom on the floor above the restaurant. The restauranteurs behind the project refer to it as a “Living room in Dockan.”

New build by Wihlborgs for BPC Instruments in Lund
At the Tomaten 1 property in Lund’s Hasslanda business district, Wihlborgs will construct a 3,600 square metre warehouse, production and office building for the growing Lund company BPC Instruments.

Winning architect named for Malmö University’s new building
The “Magasin för kunskap” (“Storehouse of Knowledge”) proposal won the parallel assignment for Malmö University’s new building (Amphitrite 1) on Universitetsholmen. The architects behind the winning concept are C.F. Møller Architects and Förstberg Ling together with the urban planning firm Softer.

· Rental income increased 7 percent to SEK 3.115 million (2.912). · Operating surplus increased 7 percent to SEK 2.244 million (2.104). · Income from property management amounted to SEK 1.329 million (1.381). · Profit for the period amounted to SEK 846 million (323), corresponding to earnings per share of SEK 2.75 (1.05).

Wihlborgs sells housing development rights outside Copenhagen
Wihlborgs has sold the housing development rights for the Vasekaer 7 property in the Hørkær area in Herlev Municipality northwest of Copenhagen. The rights comprise a GFA of 18,500 square metres and were sold in October to a joint venture of Nordkranen and Catella for DKK 72.5 million. The sale aims to provide Hørkær with the prerequisites to continue its transformation from a classical industrial area into a modern and multifunctional urban district with housing and businesses.

Thule Group moves to Wihlborgs in Dockan in Malmö
The global sports and outdoor company Thule will move its headquarters to Dockan (Dockporten 1) in central Malmö in summer 2025. The lease is for 3,400 square metres and extends for eight years.
