Malmö University to rent space in Medeon, Malmö

Wihlborgs has signed a lease with Malmö University for 2,700 m² of laboratory space in Medeon, Malmö. Medeon is a research park specializing in businesses in the field of the life sciences. The property is owned by Wihlborgs Fastigheter and the Medeon Research Park is jointly operated by the City of Malmö and Wihlborgs.

Wihlborgs issues additional corporate bonds

As part of the senior secured bond issued in July 2013 in the Swedish bond market, Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB has successfully concluded a so called tap issue amounting to SEK 250m. The total amount of SEK 1 billion has now been issued.

Wihlborgs investing in solar cell system

In 2013, Wihlborgs’ first solar cell system under its own management will be installed in Berga Centrum, Helsingborg. The system covers an area of 380 m² and will generate an estimated 53,500 kWh of electricity per year.

Wihlborgs issues secured bond

Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB has successfully issued a senior secured SEK 500m floating rate bond with a term of 18 months in the Swedish bond market. The bond carries an interest of 3 months STIBOR plus 120 basis points and has final maturity on January 12, 2015.

Wihlborgs signs new leases in Malmö

Wihlborgs has signed a lease with IT consulting company Tieto Sweden AB for 5,000 m² of space in the Skrovet 5 building in Dockan, Malmö. At the same time, Wihlborgs has rented, to Nordea Bank, Tieto’s present 6,000 m² premises in the Östersjön 1 building next to the Central Station.

Wihlborgs acquires whole of Ideon in Lund

Via a company transaction, Wihlborgs is to acquire Ikano Fastigheter’s property portfolio in Ideon, Lund, and will now become the sole property owner in Ideon. The acquisition comprises ten properties with a lettable area of approximately 63,000 m².

At Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB’s AGM on 23 April, the meeting agreed to the Board’s proposal for a dividend for 2012 of SEK 4.00 per share. The record date for receiving the dividend was set at Friday, 26 April 2013. Cash payment will be sent by Euroclear Sweden AB on Thursday, 2 May 2013.
